The big unit mgkin akan pecah dua.depa yg request..personally I x amik pusing..ciz work is work..mana pun I akan ttp kerja.x kira tunggang terbaikk keadaan.

Tapi since somebody dah beriya x sabar nk pindah unit..well..something fishy sgt..
Nak pindah pindah je la..and I know u up no good pas ni..tgu je la..I dah predict lama dah..

But nak pindah then nk taruk segala keje kt org lain tu dah lebih..korang ada 3 pegawai..pastu beriya nk bg keje kt aku sorang..dah la aku sorang j3..so..jgn mimpi ye..

Last Minute punyer kerja = susahkan semua orang

biasa kalau rabu rata2 blogger buat wordless wednesday..
not me lah..
i suke bebel2 one mehh..

so yes.. last minutes kerja will susahkan kerja org lain.
x nak tuding jari pada sapa2 atau mana2 event
but kalau suke wat keje last minute ni..org lain yang susah.

well u see..kalau x susahkan org lain x pe
sebagai contoh..your own work..u suke buat last2 minutes sbb kdg2 yang last minutes tu la is the best
i counldnt agree more.. even i pun practice cm tu
but kalau u wat event..big one lagi..tp baru nk panggil aku..then wat taik..
then u ni mesti giler kan..
giler nk jahanamkan karier org lain
mana x nyer sbb kerja u yang cm tu..yang dapat busuk nya aku
tu klu event la
kalau ada projek pulak.. sma je.mana boleh nk suh org wat itu ini dlm sehari dua if kerja tu perlukan 2,3 minggu punyer kerja..this is weird man..
so educated...NOT!!!

padahal x de pe pun.ahaks..

p/s: no wonder la ko membling bile org lain suh aku wat tht job..sbb ko tau aku mentah2 reject..sbb ko juga tahu yang aku x suke last minute punyer keje..especially daro ko sbb ko being  unprofessional and sengal.

syukur dapat bernafas lgi dibumi ini..

untuk makluman..(drumming beat....)

saya tidak lagi bekerja di unit SVT...telah di tukar ke unit baru iaitu Unit MIS

so im an IT guy...bukan gay hokey...coiiii sgt...

Org kata added value dlm unit ni kureng sikit as compared to previous unit..
yela wat keje teknikal je..

but...listen11x....
im not totally fikir cam tu pun..

for me..diff unit means diff work..
diff work means diff challenges..
and im up to it...
plus mmg mmg things yang related with IT..
IT ni luas tuan2 very vast yet so quick in term of development, etc

for that... my vision is to gain as much knowledge in IT as i can..
time ni la nk bljr betul2..sblm nak bljr photoshop pun sikit2 je..so this is the time..
photoshop, after effect, sony vegas..etc..setakat mana yang mampu..
yes..its never too old to learn all this things eventhough budak2 skrg dah lama tau bnda2 cm ni..

ok lah..nak wat keje..see ya..(keje pe nk wat ni...bg la keje!!!)

selamat pagi...salam isnin..isnin yang barakah dek hujan turun di pagi hari..

yup..pagi yang basah dibahahi hujan..sungguh berkat..

ramai yang suke dan ramai yang mngeluh...manusia..biasa la..terkurang komplen..terlebih komplen..lumrah dunia agaknya..

seperti biasa..hujan pun ttp aku bawa moto kapcai 100 cc wave aku yang telah berjasa hampir 5 tahun..biasa klu hujan org akan bawa kereta..aku x..tetap nak bawa moto..ye..mmg agak risiko tapi ape nak buat..kuatkan hati..demi sesuap rezeki..yang penting hidup x perlu banyak komplen...

bukan apa..leceh nak bersesak2 dalam trafik jem...lagipun naik kereta pun ttp ada risiko gak..cuma kena hati2 la..

pagi ni dalam perjalanan..hujan cuma renyai..tapi bile hujan sikit..banyak karenah kat jalan raya..
tgh2 LDP dekat sunway tiba2 hampir2 terjatuh..sebabnya satu kon sudah ada kat tengah2 jalan..ish...bahaya sungguh...cepat2 diorag alihkan..klu x..accident tu..nasib aku sempat elak...

then along federal highway..hujan mula turun dengan lebat secara tiba2...ramai penunggang moto dok park epi nak tukar baju hujan...ada gak kejadian yang berlaku..maklumla..semua org behnti tiba2..maka perlanggaran kecil berlaku..ada la 2, 3 moto terlanggar... x serius tapi still kena hati2...betul2 depan samsung...klu u all tau la..

alhamdulillah...sampai gak opis..sampai je kat sini..berbekalkan air kopi yang linatun baru beli..hujan diluar tiba2 makin lebat...hmm..nasib sempat...

well..selamat bekerja...ilalliqa'

Influence of Teamwork on Employee Productivity

Since i have been working in the organization that really emphasis on productivity...let me share 1 article with regard to this topic...

Lets begin with teamwork...

Teamwork is usually an integral part of the workplace. Basic teamwork involves everyone working together to support the organization and complex forms of teamwork could involve "work teams" chosen to complete a project by working closely. There are two sides to the debate over teamwork's effect on productivity. Some theorize that it helps productivity; others think it hinders productivity. Both philosophies have backing evidence.

Team Productivity and the Hawthorne Effect

1. The "Hawthorne Effect" describes the phenomenon in which people act differently when they know they are being observed. The "Hawthorne Effect" is named for a set of studies conducted in 1939 at the Western Electric Company's Hawthorne Works in Cicero, Illinois. The Hawthorne studies were meant to observe worker behavior under various conditions. The results of the studies showed that workers performed better under all conditions, simply because they are being observed and were expected to report. Teamwork leverages the Hawthorne Effect because team members are observed by each other and are expected to report to the team. This makes teams more productive, but other issues could negate the productivity gained by the Hawthorne Effect.

How Teamwork Increases Productivity

2. Every team member brings their specific educational and training to a project, which often maximizes the variety of work the team can accomplish as well as the number of tasks completed without additional research. It's true that more minds can sometimes work better than a single one. Take the recent development in steel mill industry as an example. Many mills operate 24 hours a day, giving them no time to increase yield. Recently, steel mills have been increasing productivity by creating teams who work together on both simple and complex tasks. The result was higher productivity for both the work teams and for other employees because the teams worked together brainstorming effective management plans.

How Teamwork Decreases Productivity

3. A little conflict can be healthy for team, but too much conflict and unresolved issues can slow or halt an otherwise functional team. The same can be said for team camaraderie. Friendship and humor aren't necessarily bad for a team, but too much leads to inefficiency, lost time and lost productivity. Teams also need a good leader who makes clear choices, otherwise the team members will struggle with confusion.

Measuring Team Productivity

4. Productivity measurement methods help management determine if their employee work teams are more productive than individual workers. Teams might choose to set productivity goals so that they are aware of their production standings. Team performance reports could include goal-setting, team achievement and time-based objectives.

morning to all...

last night aku tak dapat tido lena...memikirkan dua hari lepas yang penuh dengan dugaan...

yup...the last two days adalah exam ptk..rabu group discussion while semalam pula exam bertulis..bukan nak cakap how struggle nak study...tu mmg la..yelakan..dah dapat baby baru..mana cukup masa nak study...

but apa yang menggangu fikiran ni adalah how the result it should be nanti...bukan pe...kite dah buat yang terbaik...so tawakal je la kan..tapi the main point is....(still terngiang2) what the judges cakap or bagi komen pasal presentation...

well mr DZ cakap..ada pro n cons..of course la kan..still boleh accept lagi...
but bile dia cakap in the forum.

....sapa yang jadi moderator..markah dia akan kurang daripada yang lain.....sebab mungkin moderator less talking than others....

so aku tergamam..bcoz aku adalah moderator for my group...what??????

patut la tahun lepas aku dapat 3 instead of 4....mungkin ni kot faktornyer...who knows????

but still...i cannot agree 100% what mr DZ cakap tu...this is my personal opinion...

lower marks for moderator is too subjective...yet, maybe higher marks will be given....but for me..higher marks tu tak de la kan..felt that it is not fair...

come on la..kalau tak de moderator for any forum.....then the show will be a disaster...cant u see?
maybe moderator cakap less but to make the forum more lively..that the peranan moderator...betul x..

so klu cm tu....semua orang tak mau jadi mderator la sebab akan dapat mrakah rendah..maka tak jadi la dia forum...

so what say u...i not tlking about only myself but representing all the mderators yang ada hari tu....pe2 pun ni pendapat i la kan..


pee2 punnnn....hopefully semua akan jadi yang terbaik..what will aku dapat lets kite serah je pada Allah..Dia lebih tau mana yang terbaik untuk kamu right?

p/s: petang tadi ada ceramah agama sangat menarik pasal keluarga bahagia..ayat paling best...lebih kurang cam ni la...

Kentut..alahai..kentut

Pe benda yang tak salah kalau buat tapi bile buat boleh jadi salah...

hm..payah gak terima hakikat kepada solan tu..

mana tak nyer..se-cun2 awek pun..mesti dia kentut punyer..betul x..dah benda ni normal..tapi still org fikir tak normal n not nice..

mmg la...dah klu hang kentut merata...haha..

abis tu klu tak merata..nak kentut cam ne..pi toilet?

ha..ni la kisah nyer...klu kat barat..org kentut kat mana2 tu kira normal..tapi klu sendawa tak cakap excuse me..org barat akan cakap kite not nice...


so kite org timur ni tak la kentut merata...banyak yang tahan...mana boleh tahan bang...jadi penyakit kan...

so.. dengan hormatnye sapa2 nak kentut tu ..terpaksa pi toilet..heheh..ada ke?

so nak dijadikan cerite...klu korang dalam situasi cm ni..tengah2 dok layan termenung dalam toilet tu..terdengar org lain masuk..tiba2 bunyi la org kentut ni berterabur..dengan melodi asik lagi dibuai syahdu...ha time tu la korang dalam hati akan berkata dalam hati.."tak senonoh org ni..kentut je"


persoalan nyer...salah ke org yang kentut tadi...mekanisme dia betul..nak kentut pi toilet(betul ke pi toilet)..bukan ke sopan tu...tapi ia boleh jadi tak sopan dengan ada tanggapan org yang ada dalam toilet tu jugak...

so cam ne ni...sapa salah..betul ke tindakan kalau kentut kat toilet...

lu pikir la sendiri...aku pun tak tau jawapan nyer..
