New activities..New challege..

Assalamualaikum..

hujan lak pagi ni..best..
tiba2 terngantuk...rupa2 nyer hujan..patut la

so hari ni nk shout out that now i have new ikrar yang kena pgg..
since nk sihat n reduce weight..i try the new things to spice up my life.

i x nak amik ubat2 yang nk cpt kurus dengan x makan..sbb itu not my stlye.
x boleh tnggal makan. i lebih prefer senam compare to tahan2 makan..
hahah..ikut org la kan..

the main objective here bukan nk kurus sgt pun but to gain stamina..nk bagi badan fit..thts why..i chooce this
some sort like fat burner.. well it is fat burner pun..
once u take it u must exercise...pil ni just bantu tingkatkan metabolisma..
akmar yang suggest beli bnda ni..so tgk perubahan faizul so teruja..

buat masa ni baru amik 3-4 kali je..nk tgk result kena tgu at least sebulan..
skrg mmg x de nmpk pe lagi la..
pil ni kuat sikit.. klu slap amik x boleh tdo..bdn gigil je.haha
so for now i amik sebiji je daily..tu pun klu nk senam hari tu..this week nk try amik 2 biji as suggested..
tp nafsi mkn makin bertmbh lak..
ishh pelik ni.haha
tp betul gak kot..kata zuraidi dulu..klu start to work out makan pun kena byk sbb need energy..
selera akan betambah..

tp mmg bile makn bnda ni..u easily sweating..fat burning akan laju..
mmg harap nk laju pun..tapi mgu lps mmg sakit bdn la..
dah lama x work out..sakit bdn mak oiiii...sengal2..

try doing treadmill sekurang2 nya 2km + badminton or etc..
slow2 dulu..now dah improve to 2.5 km..
nak increase lagi..but don expect fireworks..
slow n steady
bdn x boleh pksa..
